The process

How your migration runs, day by day.

A fixed price, a launch date in writing, and your store selling the whole time.

  1. Free store audit

    1 business day

    What I do

Review your store, list every plugin and the Shopify app or feature that replaces it, flag any risks, and send a fixed price and launch date.

    What you do

    Send your store URL.

  2. Plan and quote approved

    When you're ready

    What I do

Answer your questions and adjust the plan if anything changes.

    What you do

Approve the quote in writing and give me admin access.

  3. Data migration to a development store

    3 to 7 days

    What I do

Take a full backup, then move products, variants, customers, orders, reviews, pages and blog posts to a private Shopify store, and match every count.

    What you do

Nothing. Your WooCommerce store keeps selling.

  4. Theme and apps

    3 to 10 days

    What I do

Style your Shopify theme to your brand, then install and set up the apps that replace your plugins.

    What you do

Send your logo and brand files, and answer quick questions.

  5. Redirects and testing

    2 to 3 days

    What I do

Map every old URL to a 301 redirect, and test payments, taxes and shipping with real test orders. I also check pixels and emails.

    What you do

Place a test order yourself, if you'd like to.

  6. Your review and sign-off

    At your pace

    What I do

Walk you through the new store and fix anything you flag.

    What you do

Click through the store and approve it for launch.

  7. Launch

    At your quietest hour

    What I do

Sync the last orders, switch your domain to Shopify and test the live store. The full plan is below.

    What you do

Be reachable, with your domain login to hand.

  8. 30-day watch

    30 days

    What I do

Check Google Search Console daily and fix any redirect issue, plus anything missing or broken from the move, at no charge.

    What you do

Sell, and tell me if anything looks off.

Launch day

Hour by hour, with a way back.

The switch happens at your quietest hour, after you've approved the new store. Your WooCommerce store stays intact the whole time.

  • Before the switchFinal sync of any new orders and customers since the migration.
  • The switchYour domain is pointed to Shopify.
  • Straight afterReal test orders on the live domain, with payments, taxes and shipping checked.
  • Within the hourAnalytics and ad pixels checked and firing, and customer account invites sent.
  • If anything goes wrongYour WooCommerce store goes back live within the hour. That's the switch-back promise.
The checklist

What I check on every migration.

The same 12 steps run on every store, whether it's yours or an agency's client.

  2. Every plugin listed with the Shopify app or feature that replaces it
  3. Product, variant and image counts matched before and after
  4. Customer and order totals reconciled
  5. Every old URL mapped to a 301 redirect
  6. Page titles and meta descriptions carried over
  7. Payments, taxes and shipping tested with real orders
  8. Analytics and ad pixels checked and firing
  9. Email flows and abandoned-cart emails reconnected
  10. Customer account invites ready to send
